  THE INNOVATOR HEADS - Multiprofile Corrugated Back Panel Raising Cutters

The Innovator and Innovator, Jr. are two of our most popular tools. They combine the convenience and economy of 5/16" thick corrugated steel with a pocket design that can safely produce panel profiles up to 2" deep.

This tool is a must for custom cabinet, millwork and furniture shops. Both sizes using the same pocket design can use either 5/16" thick, 60° corrugated back steel knives or the WKW BAKPAK or other carbide knife system.

With today's use of MDF and other composite materials, the use of carbide is a must, and the Innovators allows anyone capable of grinding carbide knives to produce their own 3 wing carbide panel raising cutters. They can be used with or without ball bearing rub collars.

Please specify Innovator or Innovator, Jr. and the direction of the rotation when ordering. Other sizes quoted on request. Blank steel knives are available in sets of 3 for custom grinding your own profiles.

Our 2 knife Corrugated Back Rosette tool holders are designed to produce high quality rosettes or plinth blocks on low rpm machines. They are available in three diameters and three shank sizes: 1/2", 3/4", #2 Morse taper. A 1/2" or 3/4" shank is included with the tool. The #2 Morse taper shank has a small additional charge of $25.00. Specifiy AC820#2 when ordering the taper shank.

Blank knives are available for custom grinding your own profiles. Carbide and S-Alloy tipped-brazed cutters are also available. Call for pricing.

• 2 wing Rosette cutter uses standard 1/4" 16-60 degree corrugated steel.
• For use on slow speed machines (3000 RPM maximum.)
